Planning is well underway for the First Annual Walk for Stuttering Awareness.  This year’s walk will take place on Sunday September 23rd at 10am at Taylor Creek Park.  All proceeds will go to The Speech and Stuttering Institute.

This year’s walk Ambassador is Jake Zeldin.  You may have heard about Jake Zeldin, who made headlines last year when he met the famous rapper Drake backstage at a concert, and impressed the star with his own rapping skills.    Music and performance has been a way for Jake to cope with his own stuttering. He has since been honing his skills performing and working with other musicians. Jake will be speaking and performing at the celebration on Walk Day, so don’t miss it!
